I would have followed him on nostr, not because I agree with this position, but because open dialogue in an open society is the only way to correct misinformation.

I once saw a news story in the 90's about a black dude who became friends with a white supremacist.

The white supremacist changed his mind. This is the main reason I am against censorship.

Privacy is necessary for an open society in the electronic age. We cannot have an open society in electronic discourse manipulated by digital overlords.

Open dialog on nostr is what made me aware he may have been killed by Israel for turning against them. I feel dumb for "celebrating" his death now (but I had also been saying I hoped he would survive)
