It's mostly the blisters that drives me away. I play piano, we don't have to suffer like this!🥴 I guess nothing but overcoming it will help. Friend uses some finger covers, but to me it feels like I shouldn't use it when I'm still not "in touch" with it.🤔
Oh coming from a Piano should make it super easy. But yeah the blisters part sucks.
Maybe start on a Classic? The nylon strings and playing style are not as tough as acoustic.
Tip: 20 min a day > 2 hrs just once a week
Acoustic guitars are harder to start, but build stronger hands in the long run
If you give it 6 months, you can play all the basic songs ya like - have fun!
