thank you! are you hungry in the morning? i often start eating after 12pm but I am also hungry in the morning! π not eating in the evening is a challenge :O but I bet it helpsπ
I drink black coffee which helps with the craving. I also try to stay away from sugary foods late in the day - but that's easier said than done π
