I focus on building relationships with people I want, I keep my body fit, I continue to learn and grow as a man from people I respect, and I work on the projects that I care about deeply.
Wise words & sound advice mate! This has helped me in countless situations. And what’s more, I‘ve learned that ppl often talk about themselves in such situations and thereby reveal a lot about themselves they would otherwise keep neatly hidden. So instead of letting my emotions run free & feeling offended, I learnt to take the hints & be able to peer through the smoke screen these ppl project & gain a better understanding of their inner workings.
