if I'm the beneficiary of a grant where the grantor has written off the donation as non-taxable...but I'm paying taxes on my earned income...that's a direct form of financial repression.

Steal from the person who is earning the grant $ for the work requiring the grant money..while the grantor, likely a wealthy benefactor or organization, writes off the grant dollars from their taxable liability.
