excess water intake is as bad as not having enough

please consider that there is an ideal water intake that is right for you & only you cos only you are you living your day inside of your body! 🌷

I just struggle to know how much I need

you dont need water until you are thirsty

as in: your body will let you know when you need water

if you want more than that, that's ok

when it tastes the most delicious is when you need some.

or when your pee is stinky yellow.
