"geotags" is the Twitter solution in which there is a global view of the network.
Oh I was thinking more like a social gatherings (concerts, book clubs, gallery events...) Scanning code and debating about this event.
But yeah geotags are usefull for showing POIs and local businesses advertising.
Local businesses could run their own relays with customers feedback like guestbook but on nostr and from there possibilities are endless. Bonus points, coupons, discounts, shop lottery's to win 100% Cashback etc...
