Kids and jumping from tall things on soft things … my kids are in that phase now. I too had a close call in a similar scenario (attempted front flip from dresser to couch only to land on my head, neck crunched unable to breath).

terrifies me when my kid does stuff like this, always I’m with the ā€œprotect ya neck!ā€

Ya its scary. If my kids do half the things I used to do as a kid, I’m not sure if I can avoid a mental breakdown šŸ˜‚

Oh man... I am going to have issues with my youngest. Thanks for reminder gents

This crazy guy I know told me he played this game with the neighbor boys where they would all stand in a circle with hands over their heads and one boy would walk into the middle with a baseball bat. He would spin in circles and then blindly throw the bat over his head, then duck and cover.

That’s it. That’s the game.

We used to play a game where we would throw stones high up in the air 🤣 if you get hit you lose.

There was no Coco Melon 24/7 back then.

I spent days outside jumping on construction sites, crawling abandoned asbestos-laden basements, playing knife-throwing games, walking on thin ice, starting fires, playing near hospital disposal sites, making bottle ā€œbombsā€.

It’s a wonder I’m alive šŸ˜†

ohh really
