Why would I settle for a 40 year old whore if I can get a 30 year old woman for the same money?

A man in his 30s should marry a woman in her early 20s, preferably one that "went" to a small conservative college or is an undergraduate in college. A woman should value education and have a stable family background but didn't go to school to be a professional, an intellect, an athlete or for a career. A woman in her 40s with 6 to 10 children and doesn't need to ever balance a checkbook is the best mother and most fulfilled.
