Been with ING for a while but not 100% happy there, I'm told Bendigo or P&N are supposed to be good.

I did open a wankbest (bankwest) account after explaining to them that I had an issue with ING that was a problem because they didn't have any physical branches to visiy and reaolve issues - only for wankbest to announce 3 days later that they were going branchless. Needless to say I never funded that account and promptly told them to jam it sideways.

Just moved my mortgage to people choice, and I do enjoy the setup of a credit union. Even if it’s just a wrapper round the same turd, being a member is kind of… fun.
