could be someone providing liquidity to coin base. Especially with the SBR and all this stuff in the air, I think the US wants to start buying cheap BTC.

I agree ☝️. Sometimes is in the works. I also believe people getting liquidated, as a benevolent entity to bring fresh coins to the market.
