Bitcoin Core posted a linked statement on Xitter defending their recent bullshit.

They flat out ignore that 11% of the network has defected to Knots in a month because these clowns don’t want to listen to noderunners - if they did, they’d be here on #nostr where there’s a ton of noderunners to engage, but they’re not.

And these Devs wonder why they can’t get any changes through when all the other Devs in their little circlejerk agree with their proposals.

They don’t understand who runs the nodes at all, what motivates them, or what they want. They’re stuck in a Dev bubble, unable to get out of it.

Everyone on this list doxxed himself as a pathetic cuck, a commie or probably a fed

In my opinion, a big misunderstanding has been created on both sides. In any case, the developers have little elasticity of the brain. Great computer scientists but nothing more. Zero human level

This episode is relatively minor in the grand scheme of Bitcoin history. But I think it shows that the biggest threat to Bitcoin right now is core devs being co-opted.

Who is paying the devs?

Not Bitcoin CEO or do I missing something?

Any nefarious actor with relatively deep pockets could pay the core devs to implement anything. Will the network fight back? Sure, but the core sycophants will come out of the woodwork as well.

Yea I went to knots just to send them a message. If that number gets big enough they might be forced to reassess
