Once im almost done with last steak side, 1.5mins before I lower the heat, toss a square of butter in the pan between edge and steak wall, and toss garlic into butter. Then it all smells like garlic. I too the steak with it, and eat my garlic with a fork cuz its nice and soft and less strong but juicy.... for health benefits of some sort antibioticssssss
