It's just not that easy to spend though, is it, as #BTC I mean. You have to convert to fiat first. Until the bullshit fiat system goes to shit (Hopefully soon) there's no other choice.
Direct spending opportunities are still quite rare yeah. I've seen some dev posts creating new stuff. I zap them at least a dollar worth of sats even if it's not a service ill even use. I'll look at the reposts and stuff and think to myself if everyone that liked it or reposted sent at least a dollar worth every single time. Devs would have a much better time funding themselves.
