Try hemp seed oil
Discussion
Though there is lots of positive information about hemp oil based on the theory that you should have a 50/50 balance of omega 3 and omega 6 oils. This, like most nutrition "science," is based only on speculation and confirmation bias. It is difficult to tell the difference between what the body can tolerate and what the body needs for optimal performance. As you may find out, switching away from a diet with high carbohydrates and high linoleic acids, the body will initially rebel against you. You may develop rashes, you may feel "strange", constantly hungry, have indigestion, headaches, have uncontrollable cravings for sweets, breads, chips, noodles, etc. This is only the first month or so, and believe me, it's worth getting on the other side of that. After you are in ketosis, your brain will begin healing, your mind will clear, your body won't demand 4 meals a day with snacks in between and a daily donut. It may seem like you're pigging out by eating as much meat as you can eat, but it sticks to your ribs, and you honestly don't even think about eating until you're genuinely hungry. Not only does the craving for sweet meats go away, but they begin to look repulsive. You will get frustrated at not being able to go out to eat because the blinders have come off, everything for sale in a restaurant or in a package looks like shit. Then you realize your food bill goes way down. Yes, a steak or roast may look expensive, but all the other stuff laced with sugar, starches, soybean oil, costs much more because it all actually makes you eat more.
