Reels is wishful thinking for users who aren't here and who may never turn up.

That's why I'd personally make them part of certain types of Feeds (opt-in) and not on the navbar.
Reels are where most of the Nostr content will be. It has a bigger user base than a Feed or a Chat interface.
Maybe, I like the optimism. It's supposing nostr will eat the Instagram and tiktok experience, or something?

Depends how you see things panning out in the future too. Tastes change. There feels like there might be somewhat of a resurgence in messageboards/forums for example. The pendulum could be anywhere lol.

I agree. It's weird because I never use the reels on amethyst like ever. I don't want to see fucking pictures dude. Like I'm trying to read stuff and answer questions
