I sure don't attest it, don't have it so guess I wouldn't know.

I can arrest to the grift.

It's the age-old truth with a lie (or major distortion).

There is no panacea for ADHD.

Yes it's something that;kept many of our ancestors alive.

I've found that focused diets work great...

But that's because they also helped compel associated, structured, physical activity.

That structured activity is what helped, overall, with ADHD.

(I understand I'm just one person and this is not empirical data.

But I've been at this for a few decades with offspring that have also benefited from the same structured activity.)

Don't trust that profile.

Those two podcast episodes would be a better source of information. I haven't listen to them, but I enjoy the podcast. It's science-based and practical.
