I honestly don't care what happens, but I'm general Russia is by far a bigger trade partner for the US than Ukraine will ever be, nevermind a global energy and minerals powerhouse.
Ukraine provides grains for Europe, but very little for the US. A tiny trade partner and now, a clearly one sided partner.
Interesting that sweden and finland's nato memberships are off no concern all of a sudden, or will they be liberated next?

I'll just answer the Israel one, not that I feel you will care, but rather the facts should be known. Up until this latest round of funding(post Oct 7), Israel is a major trade partner.
Pre covid, 2019, Israel had 10x the trade with the US that Ukraine did. Roughly 35B to 3.6B.
The 3B or so we have been giving Israel for the past 20 years is half dome defense(which is actually us made goods), and the other half is economic for trade, bonds, travel and spending on US goods.
So ... Yes, I'd say they are a much better partner
But yes, I also believe we shouldn't be picking and choosing winners, defending, giving aid and economic bucks.
But if we are going to, I'd rather do it with a decent trade partner, not one who literally provides us with 2 billion per year olin imports and a billion in exports. Especially when some of it is grain and directly messed with our own grain production.
Just my opinion though. Unfortunately, trump zalensky or Putin give a shit about what I think 😂
