This is my lunch, just cooking entrecote piece intuitively in a pan. Lately I’ve really come to enjoy meat that’s not overcooked (used to be the opposite!).

I like frying the eggs, but I’m not a fan of runny yolks. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without some classic Latvian greens -dill and spring onions!

What level of doneness do you like for your meat? Do you eat steaks? 😇

I like mine quite rare. I absolutely love steak, truly one of nature's wonders

Medium rare. Trick is to have thick cut at least several cm that makes it easy to control doneness.
