Twitter is still useful. I have several private lists that keep me on top of a bunch of industry news, developments, etc. It's all that 'global town square' tripe they are espousing. At best, they are a commercial section of downtown with some seedy sections.
I still benefit from LinkedIn. Business wise

I am in Canada Using Wallet of Satoshi, it is a centralized host and takes 1 min to setup. I keep only spending money in this wallet. Leave the rest on chain
If you like Zeus is a good option for self custody.
Also Zdb, and getalby are lighting wallets I have used here. Once chosen you are looking ylfor your in address

I can't seem to find it any more. I think it closed down and some some sort of 4-chan like troll site called x dot com took over all the old URLs.
It took some time, but I've grown to like Nostr more and I'm spending more time here now
