A Reddit enthusiast exposed Samsung's "Space Zoom" technology as a marketing ploy. It turns out that the technology used in flagship Samsung phones for capturing the moon relies less on the optical system and sensors, and is actually achieved through artificial intelligence algorithms.
In an experiment, the individual downloaded a high-quality photo of the moon, reduced it to a size of 170 x 170, and applied blurring, significantly reducing the level of detail. They then displayed the resulting image on a monitor, turned off the lights in the room to simulate nighttime, and captured a photo of the artificial moon using the smartphone, which was not able to detect the trick and produced a high-quality photo.
