Technically speaking, according to the constitution, our legal right to own nuclear weapons is protected
for sure. and there is an old Supreme Court ruling that said we can own military weaponry, something along the lines that since the point of 2A is to repel tyranny from the state, the people should have access to the same weapons the state does
