Why wouldn't you be able to do that?
Because many folks just don’t even know what you are saying. I do. I fully understand and it seems easy but you don’t know what you don’t know and many just do what is easy, meaning the same thing they have always been doing when it comes to cooking and diet. So, feed them love and possibly diet will follow.
