Fren, I was having this exact discussion with some normies yesterday who said Bitcoin is crypto and I was explaining to them why it's not in very basic language. I think that the media is poisoning the minds of normies daily with their word salads mixing incorrectly Bitcoin and crypto together.

The point is that ETH, like all other “shitcoins” is more like fiat currency than like Bitcoin.

Agreed. Normies not going to get it without being walked through the fact that “crypto” has centralized monetary policy and typically pre mine, whereas BTC has programmatic monetary policy and zero pre mine.
