You can. But beware that Zap forwards only work on clients that support it, which I think is just Snort at this time.

fyi - both poster +reader has to use snort same version ! viewing in other clients wont work for now

You'd need to have the latest version and I'm not sure if the Umbrel package is on the bleeding edge of updates.
