The constitution is a shitcoin. It's literally garbage. Tapping a piece of paper doesn't do anything. The only thing that protects free speech is that of action.
Fav case was the Indians religious use of peyote and the gov/court literally said "but then we wouldn't be able to enforce the law against illegal drugs. Denied"
