I feel whatever relay it is on, the person running the relay will be responsible, because that is there server "property ", so technically, if you allow and keep content that is illegal on a relay your hosting. You can be charged by the law 100%.
anything u mentioned which is 99.999% annoying by mass consensus will be BLOCKED by relay admins for sure - legal/illegal won't matter
