Part of the reason I'm in πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ is to visit cattle regions to learn about wagyu beef production standards and care to try to reproduce this quality back home in πŸ‡¨πŸ‡­.

We currently already do this but we're trying to introduce new techniques and a new breed to develop its flavour.

They have some special diet that makes them very fatty inside, probably mixture of strong alcohol and carb rich food is the key πŸ˜…
