Just thinking, as someone who lives in SA and can get a pretty awesome house for 1btc (4/5 bed; 3/4 bath) in my city, that house looks more like a 30m to 40m sats house (if it was here). Would be much better to get american opinions on that particular house though, because our houses tend to be MUCH more affordable than the american properties, relative to annual income

PS: I still wouldn't pay 90m sats for this house, but what I would be willing to pay for it is a lot closer to the listing than the one in the original note
