Yup those take forever to setup and the fees are ridiculous… used them when I first started returning cans for the bottle deposits up here in Michigan 10 cents a can or about 200 sats a can but those fees I ended up grabbing a fiat bank account strictly for the on ramp to bitcoin
I wonder if they could get around the KYC by having a vending machine of paper wallets instead of actually "transmitting" the transaction... like in the old days
Mike Caldwell shut down production of Casascius coins when regulators tried to make him apply for a money transmitter licence, so I don’t think paper wallets would pass muster.
