David, is this app open source? Any way to get it from GitHub GitLab?

Amazing concept, looking forward to testing the app

Hey Rod, I'm considering it, but currently, it is not. I'm unsure about the benefit of open-sourcing an app that is intended to be downloaded via the app stores since it's trivial to have a private fork from where the releases are built.

I have an open-source tool in the works that can validate the encrypted proofs stored on Nostr relays, and I plan to implement finer-grain relay controls for additional security. Additionally, if you have a de-Googled phone, I started publishing an APK, which you can download: https://sovereign-app-apk.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/app-release.apk

Let me know if that addresses any of your concerns about open-source.

Have you considered adding to nostr:npub10r8xl2njyepcw2zwv3a6dyufj4e4ajx86hz6v4ehu4gnpupxxp7stjt2p8 and signing your APK with your nostr keys?

I wasn’t aware. I'll take a look at it. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks David, much appreciated
