What's your hard on for defending a (former?) monopolist from a question?

Btw my friend is the lead plaintiff not me. I'm a class member and I've worked on the filings with him.

Jack isn't personally liable, unfortunately Elon bought the liability.

Jack banned any bitcoin company from advertising within weeks he did promote BTC purchase via his own app. You think he needs your protection from a question?

This class action pertains to “the entire crypto industry” per your class action lawsuit not Bitcoin.

You’re just trying to capitalize on Bitcoin’s stability and success at the last minute.

This is *not * a Bitcoin case!! It is a crypto case!!

As an aside, precedent has long been established on how the US gov’t views crypto’s “pump & dump” industry.

The SEC has fined countless celebrities for failing to disclose that they were paid for the sole purpose of promoting crypto. They were all clueless regarding the imminent rug pulls.

I forgot all about the EthereumMAX’s massive “EMAX Token” rug pull.

As of now, currently stemming from the recent FTX collapse a few cases are being heard to hold celebrities who outright endorse & promote crypto companies fully accountable for losses.

This is interesting to me. I’m watching these cases closely. The rulings in these matters would set a whole new precedent going forward.

⚠️This statement was issued by the SEC back in *2017* warning the public regarding the unlawful promotion of “crypto”.

There was *ZERO* representation of crypto ads during the Super Bowl this year -a stark contrast from the year before.

Even the crypto companies themselves acknowledge they have no business advertising.

People have personally lost billions upon billions of dollars of their life savings and investments in less than a year with crypto companies .

Facebook declared every company or product dealing with Bitcoin even including ASIC mining equipment and hardware wallets to be "frequently associated with misleading and deceptive practices" in their terms and conditions banning advertising in Jan 2018.

Google and Twitter followed on.

That same month Facebook started its now failed Libra project in secret.

You think that's fine and not an abuse of monopoly power in online advertising?

I don't.

Yes it is fine, and in the Bitcoin world that’s coming, people like you will not be able to force other people to carry messages they don’t want to carry.

You are unethical, have a twisted view of reality and you will be stopped in the end.
