Sir, the government involved has misled citizens so atrociously, Erin Brockovich had enough material on the poor condition of American drinking water to write another book recently. Perhaps if people stop thinking the government is protecting the drinking water, they will hold their local governments and utilities accountable. We may not all feel the immediate consequences like some parts of the world, but long term contamination is contamination none the less.
