PS - Gift cards do not count. Converting to fiat first does not count.

Try paying for Starbucks, or McDonald’s (or anything really), with Bitcoin in San Salvador (the capital city of El Salvador). Nobody excepts it.

I mean no one accepts Bitcoin. You cannot pay for things with Bitcoin.
