Yesterday, The CLARITY Act passed through the House Financial Services and Agriculture Committees.

The language in the bill that protects noncustodial tools and services and their developers was preserved in the process - a big win for transactional privacy.

He was probably talking about the BRCA, the language from which was incorporated into this bill.
