If you've skipped LND 0.16.0, and then followed the call to urgently update to 0.16.1... I have good and bad news for you.
Bad news: you better even more urgently update to LND 0.16.2 to deal with the performance regression https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/issues/7640
Good news: if you are running nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg docker deployment it's as easy as running `btcpay-update.sh` and update will be handled for you.
