Replying to Avatar Bitkorns

What's the best way to export a list of people I follow? I started relay.nostriches.org with a small fee to reduce spam, but I'd also like to just add anyone I follow to the "likely human and ok" list.

Go into devtools for a client and steal a copy of the respones from the relay when it fetches your contact list.

Also maybe noscl, but I haven't figured out how to get it to return more parseable data.
