someone should make a cookbook called “cooking with engine lubricant” and it just has a bunch of dishes that use canola oil.

wait, isn't Ghee from their culture? Surely the good ones use Ghee. Also coconuts grow there for coconut oil.
Somehow. Canola oil is synonymous with oil there. So anything that calls for cooking oil is canola oil.
