That's what I built! Hehe! OpenCode Shakespeare Agent and Plugin.
You type @shakespeare build me a website and when you're ready @shakespeare push to ngit and @shakespeare deploy. It uses NIP-46 nostrconnect. I have it all working but it should have some more polish before announcing it.
Its cool to see the wave of opencode usage.

Claude Code perhaps but we're just going to use Claude LLM with OpenCode so it's not a true dethrone.
But through llm routers, or?
Yes, I'm using OpenCode and OpenRouter 🤓
Claude Opus 4.5 is just too far ahead of anything else to not use it.
Have you used before a pro or max account?
I'm on Max now. It's way cheaper than API keys that's for sure. That's going to be the hard part.
And how do you incorporate it in your workflow, if they removed their 3rd party support?
they did remove third party support, so im using an API key via OpenRouter. it's more expensive, for sure, and this will go into my report.
So you dont keep using claude code in parallel to others to keep the perks of it.
right now im using both and testing the differences, reliability, etc. Claude Code is by far going to be cheaper, but the flexability of OpenCode is nice.

it does. in full disclosure though, i was personally paying for my claude code max subscription. using opencode and openrouter, i am using access that is paid for by soapbox. this isn't something that everyone is going to be able to do and they'll have to make a choice like you said.
I am also paying some for myself, and some by work. But there, I dont use for personal cases. Personally only learning from it.
Was thinking to switch to a claude sub, but now I have to reconsider.
