I love m’y sadness as much as my joy (well not exactly, but I appreciate it).

I’m in love with my emotions.

Joy and sadness tell me what matters.

Trust and disgust tell me what to include/exclude in my life.

Fear and anger give me hints as to how I should consider the obstacle in front of me.

Anticipation and surprise are the barometers of my knowledge.

Now, these are messengers. Listening to them without reacting is my inner battle.

I used to teach filmmaking. This was the one lesson where I would get 100% attention and participation from the students.
