How's the Chefman burr grinder? I typically recommend the capresso burr. It's triple the price but it will easily last a decade or more. If chefman is great quality i'll add it to my suggestions
Also suggest adding a digital scale and a gooseneck electric kettle
The Chefman is okay, would say better than the low price suggests. It's been a while since I went to manual grinders, but it was the one I used before I switched. I had to for a long time with no issues.
I am trying a digital scale right now with a built in timer, but it came in that pour over kit and isn't available by itself. The weighmax I used prior is on the list.
Good call on the gooseneck both electricity and stove top.
