I don’t like being a private clinician in the state mandated health welfare payment state. It’s a challenge to break free of the golden handcuffs of ‘free money’ in the state funded healthcare space, but I’m not giving up!

Welfare should be church, family and smaller organizations. Ones small enough to see the effects of their contribution and pivot when negative unintended consequences are discovered.
