We have to create our own algorithms on Nostr. This includes following a lot of people to ensure that your feed is constantly full of content no matter the time of day or the time zone that you're in. Follow 1000 Nostriches and you'll have a good time.
Also, those with larger reaches need to contribute to other's algos and boost content themselves. We *are* the algorithms after all.
Yes I would treat it the same as on X. Follow npubs that you want to see in your feed. Always good to add hashtags, which you are intrested in to follow as well. Like this you find posts you are intrested in fast.
