Hmm...I'm better today.

Because I had a long and hard conversation with the one I needed to have with last night and it helped greatly!!

It's refreshing to have someone that's willing to work out every issue with ya. Hmm...

What a difference that IS in my life now...!! 💖💖

But don't be fooled and think that the trauma won't show up any more!! They do and we have to continue to heal until it's complete.

But remember: you're not your trauma, you deserve better in life!! The good people in your life now is not the assholes from your past!!

Do your best to see the one in front of you and detect all the moments you're reacting to based on your memories rather than reality!! 💖💖

But when you misstep, forgive yourself, dust off and do better next time!!
