I completely get it! Social media can be both stressful and distracting, making it important just to take a break from it from time-to-time. It is nice that you have chosen Nostr tech to escape as here there are no forced ads, loud political shouting like hundreds of political cowboys in Champs-Elysees(and more subtly pathetic ones) and other intrusive features like location tracking- only efficient communication.
