A fair portion of Libertarians sympathize with Republicans since they're the party that tends to talk about economic deregulation.
There is nothing with a Strong Dollar because a Strong Dollar helps protect consumer purchasing power.
There's a mix of people in the libertarian party and libertarian minded people.
