ar/vr is indecisive from a company that usually tells people what they want, not promising for the ar side of things.

Not sure I follow, how do you mean?

that if the ar was really ready to go, they would be like, “here is ar, ar is what you want, every other product on the market is vr and they are wrong, with a notch on top”

I think this started to change with the watch where they just couldn’t force a single band onto fashionistas, and in turn you get 3 different color laptops.

SJ had hard views against more than a few things, example 802.11a and a passion for keeping the iPhone 1 size. 802.11ac merged abg blah blah so SJ could be right that 802.11a was worthless and would never make it, and when did the iPhone get bigger? Such a history of ideas eWorld, or the Newton.
