Gm nostriches, no one would have known if I had just poured myself a coffee this morning, but went out for the run. To the top of the hill in the background, 4.5 miles there, upwards of a 1000ft climb. Didn’t manage it within 90 minutes, but considering it was 19 years since the last time I did this route, I’m not going to get hung up on it. Not only getting older, but also getting better.

View wasn’t as good as yesterday!!!!

Ga freaks, clouds cleared through the day and after hitting 20k steps before 10am, I thought I could do more steps in a day than I ever had, previous highest around 35k, so went on a bike ride. Was a beautiful cool weather, strong rays hour and a bit. Now for #steakstr

Ha ha ha, didn’t think I be able to anything this morning, my wonky ankle was saying “today I’m going to hurt when you just walk on soft carpet”. I told that cankle who was boss!!!!
