Thanks I have read the article. China wants to have its own peace of cut, whatever that means. Is this enough to claim they are breaking it?

Interesting if that is true China probably wants to keep industrialization going and sees the press as fear of growth. I wonder what’s their emissions number will be this year.
Their emissions will go up for sure as their industrialization continues. They also promised at Paris targets they knew were achievable and not what was necessarily desirable to lower emissions and focus on emissions intensity ( co2 per unit activity whatever that means) instead of cuts.
Interesting that may explain motivation of some people then. Thanks for the info. I will keep an eye on their numbers.
