A question for #german people or former residents of #germany
How is the law there about torrenting copirighted movies, songs or programs?. Is it heavily enforced?
Asking for a friend (?) Nah, jk but a debate in my workplace got me thinking about that in the EU and germany in particular.
I heard it is heavily enforced… happened to a friend of mine. He had some guests and they downloaded.. he was fined.
